Ms. McMills has attained 25+ years of capital markets experience—managing debt and equity portfolios valued at over USD$400M—most notably for Credit Suisse; Bank of America, NA; and McKean&McMills, LP Multi Family Office. Heather’s deep transaction and portfolio management experience includes hedge fund trading, managing 10b5-1 plans for public company executives, ERISA accounts, and Native American Tribal Funds. Since founding LMG Global Advisors in 2012, Heather has primarily worked on matters involving cross-border technology transfer and M/A (US to East & West Asia), advising US founders, as well as strategic and financial ex-US investors on specific matters. In 2020, Heather was recruited by Capgemini Global Consulting to provide domain-related digital process and product/service solutions for US-based global custodians/primes, digital-native B/Ds/trading platforms, credit card issuers, and traditional banks. Ms. McMills is a California native, and attended the University of California, San Diego; and UC Berkeley. Heather is obsessed with pickleball, golf, and Bronze Age history - when she is not reading.
